Sawarri then opens as a full-screen app. Your browser does the adding — here is where the option is:
Lahore to Islamabad is one of the most travelled intercity runs in the country, and a lot of it happens in cars with one or two people inside: students going back to university, people who work in one city and have family in the other, business trips, weekends home. If you are the driver, sharing the spare seats is the simplest way to cut what the trip costs you.
Passengers are already asking. In the last week of October, ride requests were posted on Sawarri for Rawalpindi to Lahore and for Lahore to Rawalpindi, while only a handful of seats were listed on the board. A driver who posts this run regularly will be one of very few that passengers can choose from.

Because it is a full day of driving, most trips on this road are one-off rather than a daily commute. Post each trip with its date and time, and post it a few days ahead if you can — that is when passengers plan.
Add up the fuel and motorway tolls for the trip and divide by everyone in the car, including yourself. That keeps the seat fair and still makes your own trip far cheaper. Say clearly whether the price is per seat, whether luggage is included, and whether a shorter drop costs less. How to split fuel costs fairly in a carpool has a worked example.
Before the day, agree the pickup time, fare and luggage with each passenger, meet somewhere public, and share your route with someone at home. The safety guide covers the rest.
