Sawarri then opens as a full-screen app. Your browser does the adding — here is where the option is:
These terms are written in plain language so they can actually be read. They have not been reviewed by a lawyer and are not legal advice. If anything here conflicts with Pakistani law, the law applies.
Sawarri is a platform that lets people share car journeys. Drivers post trips they are already making and passengers request the empty seats. We provide the platform and the tools around it. We are not a transport company, a taxi service or a ride-hailing operator.
This is the most important section, so it is stated plainly. Sawarri does not employ drivers, does not own, operate, inspect or insure any vehicle, does not verify anyone's driving licence or vehicle documents beyond what an account holder provides, and is not a party to the agreement between a driver and a passenger. A trip arranged through Sawarri is an arrangement between those two people. You travel at your own risk and are asked to use your own judgement, alongside the safety tools we provide.
The seat price is set by the driver and shown on the ride before a passenger requests it. It is paid directly by the passenger to the driver. Sawarri does not process that payment, does not hold it and does not take a commission on it. Searching for and booking a seat is free. Drivers can post their first five rides free; after that, each ride listing costs 20 credits. Any dispute about money is between the driver and the passenger; report it to us and we will look at the account, but we cannot refund something we never received.
Sawarri is for sharing the cost of a journey you were making anyway. It is not for running a commercial passenger service. Seat prices are expected to reflect a share of the running cost of the trip, not a fare with a profit margin. Accounts used to operate a taxi service through the platform may be removed.
Plans change and trips fall through. If you cannot travel, or cannot drive, cancel as early as you can and tell the other person — somebody is arranging their day around it. Repeatedly cancelling at the last minute is grounds for removing an account.
What we collect and what we do with it is set out in the Privacy Policy. In short: we collect what is needed to run the platform and to let a driver and passenger reach each other, and we do not sell it.Hum kya jama karte hain aur us ka kya karte hain, ye Privacy Policy mein likha hai. Mukhtasar yeh: hum utna hi jama karte hain jitna platform chalane aur driver aur passenger ko ek doosre tak pohanchane ke liye zaroori hai, aur usay bechte nahi.
Ride listings, messages and reviews you post stay yours. By posting them you allow us to display them on the platform so the service can function. We can remove content that breaks these terms.
We try to keep the site up and working, but we cannot promise it will never be unavailable, and we cannot guarantee that a ride will exist for your route on any given day. The rides are posted by other people, not by us.
These terms may change as the platform develops. The version on this page is the one that applies. Continuing to use Sawarri after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
