What riders say about Sawarri

Every review here is left by someone after a real trip they booked on Sawarri. Nothing is written by us, and nothing is bought.

Reviews from passengers

Sawarri is young and no one has written a review yet. When passengers start rating their trips, their words will appear here exactly as they wrote them — we will not be writing any ourselves.

Take a trip, then rate it from your dashboard. Yours could be the first one on this page.

How rating works

Both people rate each other

A carpool is not a shop and a passenger is not a customer. You are two people sharing a car, so the rating runs in both directions.

1

Only after a real trip

A rating can only be left against a booking the driver approved and the trip that followed. There is no way to review a driver you never travelled with.

2

The passenger rates the driver

Score out of five plus anything you want to say. It shows on the driver’s profile and on every ride they post after that.

3

The driver rates the passenger

Drivers score passengers too. It is what lets a driver decide who rides with them, and it keeps the courtesy going both ways.

Before the reviews arrive

What you can check today

A new platform has no review history, and pretending otherwise would be the first thing worth distrusting. Here is what is actually built into every ride instead.

  • Verified badge. Our team checks a driver’s identity, car and number plate before the badge appears.
  • The driver approves, nothing is instant. A booking is a request. Neither side ends up committed to someone they have not agreed to travel with.
  • Talk before you book. Call or WhatsApp the driver from the ride and settle the pickup, the timing and the fare yourself.
  • Women-only rides. Drivers can mark a ride women-only, and you can filter the board down to just those seats.
  • Share your trip. Send the route, driver and timing to family in one tap, and keep an SOS button in reach.
  • Report or hide. If a driver does not feel right, report them to us or take them off your board.

Take a ride, then tell the truth about it

The only reviews on this page will be the ones riders leave themselves. Book a seat, travel, and rate it honestly — good or bad.
