Verified drivers

Our team checks a driver’s identity, car and number plate before the verified badge appears.

Women-only rides

Drivers can mark a ride women-only, and you can filter the board to just those seats.

Talk before you book

Call or WhatsApp the driver straight from the ride and confirm the pickup yourself.

Per-seat fares

Every ride shows its fare per seat up front, or says negotiable. No surge, no hidden fees.

The network

Where Sawarri runs.

Sawarri grew out of the Islamabad–Hazara commute, and these are the corridors it covers today. Each one has its own page with the drivers and seats posted on it.

The whole idea

One journey. Shared by more people.

The car is going anyway. The route is set, the fuel is bought, and three seats are carrying nothing but air. Carpooling, or ride sharing, is simply putting people in them.

The maths

Same road. A quarter of the bill.

Four people making the same trip can do it in four cars or in one. Nothing about the journey changes — only how many times the fuel gets paid for.

Driving alone

Four people. Four cars.

Four fuel tanks, four sets of tolls and four cars in the same jam. Everyone pays the whole journey.

Full cost, each
Carpooling on Sawarri

Four people. One car.

One tank, one set of tolls, three fewer cars on the motorway — and the bill lands in four pieces instead of one.

A share, each

Sawarri does not set or take a cut of the fare. Each driver posts their own per-seat price — or marks it negotiable — and you settle it with them directly on the day.

Safety

Travel with confidence.

You are getting into a stranger’s car. Everything below exists so that by the time you do, they are not a stranger.

01

Driver verification

CNIC, licence, vehicle and number plate are checked by our team. A driver’s first ride can go up before that is finished — it is labelled “Not verified yet” until the badge is earned, so you always know which you are looking at.

02

See before you book

The car, the route, the pickup points and the fare are all on the ride before you commit to a seat.

03

Share your trip

Send your live trip — route, driver, timing — to family in one tap from your dashboard.

Women on Sawarri

More control over your journey.

A women-only ride is not a separate app or a different standard. It is the same board, filtered to the seats you are comfortable taking — with the same verification behind every driver.

Marked at the source

The driver sets women-only when they publish, so the restriction travels with the ride rather than being added later.

One filter, whole board

Turn it on from the search and every result you see is a women-only seat.

Same verification

Women-only rides go through exactly the same identity, licence and vehicle checks as every other ride.

Speak to them first

Call or WhatsApp the driver and confirm the pickup before you book anything.

Got an empty seat?

You are already making the trip. Publishing it takes about a minute and turns the seats behind you into someone else’s way home — and your fuel money back.

How it works

Three steps, start to seat.

01

Find your route

Tell us where you are leaving from and where you are headed. Filter by date, seats or verified drivers.

02

Choose your ride

Compare the fare, the timing, the car and the pickup point — then call the driver before you book.

03

Share the journey

Your seat is confirmed when the driver approves. Travel together and pay only your share.
