Karachi’s big industrial areas sit on opposite sides of the city: Korangi Industrial Area and Korangi Creek in the south-east, with Landhi and the Karachi Export Processing Zone (KEPZ) next to them, and SITE in the north-west. If you work at a factory or an office in one of them, the trip there and back is a long part of the day, and a shared car at a fixed time is the cheapest way to make it.
On 4 November 2026, Sawarri’s pick and drop board had ten daily rides to these areas. Here is what each one offers, what a seat costs, and what to agree before you pay for a month.
Korangi Crossing, Qayyumabad and Iqra University (DHA) to Landhi Industrial Area and KEPZ: Monday to Saturday, picking up at 8:00 AM for a 9:00 AM start and leaving between 6:00 and 6:20 PM, in a Suzuki Cultus. This one is women-only.
Model Colony to SITE (the Valika Hospital side): Monday to Saturday. Pickup between 8:00 and 8:15 AM, at SITE by about 9:00 to 9:15 AM, and back from SITE at 4:45 to 5:00 PM, in a Suzuki Alto with AC and three seats.
Nothing is listed yet to Port Qasim or the North Karachi Industrial Area. If you work there, post a ride request so drivers can find you. If you drive there, post the ride: you would be the first.
Apart from the Malir seat, these rides were shared in Karachi carpool groups and did not give a fare, so ask before you agree. See them live: Korangi rides on the board and the SITE ride.
Only one of the ten gives a price: Rs 25,000 a month, Monday to Saturday, from Malir to Korangi Sector 16. Other Karachi office pick and drop prices on the board this month were Rs 20,000 a month from Gulshan-e-Iqbal to Shahrah-e-Faisal, quoted as a fixed charge, and Rs 18,000 from Malir to I.I. Chundrigar Road, without saying what it covers. Some monthly prices are for a seat and some for the whole car, so always ask which. Post the ride once with your days and times, and choose Every weekday under “How often” so it moves itself forward each working day. If you want regular riders, choose Per month in the “That price is” box, so passengers know exactly what they are agreeing to.
